    Audiotours Refund Policy

    At Adventures in New York LLC, we want you to enjoy every experience, but we also understand that last minute changes may occur. Therefore, we apply the following refund policy for our audio tours:

    You may cancel your purchase up to 5 minutes prior to audio tour activation for a full refund.

    If you cancel with less than 5 minutes notice, no refund will be issued.

    No changes or rescheduling are allowed within 5 minutes prior to activation.

    All cancellation or change requests must be made through the same channel through which the purchase was made.

    Cut-off times are based on local New York time (EST/EDT).

    Once the audio tour has begun or if the content has already been accessed, no refunds will be accepted.

    You must download the App to take the audio tour.

    Important: Once you arrive at each stop on the tour, you must manually press the audio play button on the app.

    Playback is not automatically activated, so be sure to start each audio when you are ready to listen.

    Tours take place outdoors. Dress appropriately for the weather: downtown Manhattan is particularly windy. Be comfortable and hydrated.

     Tips are always appreciated.

    This receipt is your proof of access to the audio tour.

    Remember that you don't need to introduce yourself to any guide, as this tour is self-guided and digital.
